Unique birthday parties, interweaving elements such as; a flower blessing, craft activity, bespoke story telling with sound healing instruments, dancing and more.
A wave, culminating lying down under blankets, listening to a Magical Journey, with calm and peaceful children, now ready to softly travel home.

WHAT DOES THIS SERVICE COVER?
A 30 minute in person/on line, pre party meeting - I meet you and your child in person, in your home / an agreed space / on line.
We discuss and co create the content and flow of the party. You can choose which elements you want from my suggestions, and we also integrate your own ideas. You will also share any information that can be woven in to the storytelling. The age of your birthday child will naturally guide some of these elements.
A curated schedule typed and sent to you ahead of time.
Supportive communication (if needed) in the run up.
My arrival: 45 minutes before the guests arrive.
My facilitation throughout the party.
Pre prepared high quality art/craft materials (if this element is chosen).
A bespoke Magical Journey story where each party guest can be featured. The main story theme can be connected to favourite animals/places - things that the birthday child loves.
A creative session where the children make their own take home present!
PARTY SCHEDULE EXAMPLE:
A Meeting Circle - Rebecca introduces herself and meets all the children. We use a special shell to pass round and say something magical about our birthday friend.
Dancing - With a specially curated playlist of the birthday child’s favourite songs, we all dance together. This might also include some dancing games.
Flower Blessing - Rebecca models how the children might ‘bless’ their friend. It is simple, easy, sweet and loving. Each child then takes a flower offers their blessing.
Magic Crystal blessing - Rebecca guides the children in a simple blessing ceremony for their birthday friend.
Craft Activity - Using the crystal Rebecca demonstrates to the children how to make a special take home present. Because the blessed crystal is incorporated, once home, they can look at their creation and remember their friend and the special birthday present.
Magical Journey - All the children lie down, cosy with rainbow blankets. Rebecca weaves a magical story which incorporates the names of all the children present, and of course, including the birthday child. Elements will include any information on favourite animals, places, hobbies etc, shared by the parents, in advance.
FYI - The Magical Journey will always include elements of awareness of nature, of Planet Earth and of children being guardians etc. There will always be some type of ‘message.’
Cake! This aspect is provided by the parents. Rebecca can connect parents up with her associates who make incredible sugar free, gluten free, vegan cakes. (The cakes can be with all of this list or with a combo, such as; vegan, gluten free, or just sugar free etc, but the focus is on low sugar, fresh, high vibration ingredients).
PARTY CREATIVE SESSION, CHOICES: Parents choose which activity they would like, in advance.
Suncatchers - This is a threading activity. Using the blessed crystal the children create a hanging crystal, choosing their own stones and threading them on to special string. Stones provided are high quality faceted glass.
This activity is part prepared beforehand.
Draw string bag with initial - This is a sewing activity. The children make a small, drawstring pouch for their blessed crystal. They sew on the initial of their name, then sew up the bag.

I ALSO PROVIDE
Mandala cushions for each child’s seating.
Rainbow blankets for the Magical Journey story time at the end.
Sound Healing instruments to soothe and calm.
Fresh flowers for the blessing (if this is chosen).
Music playslist and Bluetooth Speaker.

PRICING
From £250 for up to 2 hours. This includes all of the above as listed in the service, plus items physically brought, craft activity prepared, playlist curated etc.
Fuel charge may apply if further than 10 miles from RH18

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN MY SERVICE
Party food and drink.
Communication with parents - this is all done by you.
End of party clear up - I will clear away my own resources and any mess made by my activities only.
YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY
I am registered with the DBS Update Service.
I have a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate.

WHERE DO I TRAVEL TO?
I can travel anywhere.
More than 10 miles from RH18 will incur travel expenses or an agreed flat fee.
A flat fee applies for London and Brighton, please enquire.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A 25% deposit is required on booking and date confirmation.
Full refund if Rebecca cancels party at any point.
If client cancels party up to 7 days before, deposit is returned.
If client cancels party for any reason within 3 days of party day, deposit is not returned.
In certain circumstances a cancelled party can be rescheduled.
