A BESPOKE, FUN, UNIQUE, CALM & MEMORABLE BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR YOUR CHILD.

Unique birthday parties, interweaving elements such as; a flower blessing, craft activity, bespoke story telling with sound healing instruments, dancing and more.
A wave, culminating lying down under blankets, listening to a Magical Journey, with calm and peaceful children, now ready to softly travel home.

WHAT DOES THIS SERVICE COVER?
A 30 minute in person/on line, pre party meeting - I meet you and your child in person, in your home / an agreed space.
We discuss and co create the content and flow of the party. You can choose which elements you would like from my suggestions, and we also integrate your own ideas. The age of your birthday child will naturally guide some of these elements.
A curated schedule typed and sent to you ahead of time.
Supportive communication (if needed) in the run up.
My arrival: 45 minutes before the guests arrive.
My facilitation throughout the party.
Pre prepared high quality art/craft materials (if this element is chosen).
A bespoke Magical Journey story where each party guest can be featured, and the main story theme can be connected to favourite animals/places /things that the birthday child loves.
Or, I can share one of my other Magical Journeys, such as; The Magical Rainbow Bird.
I ALSO PROVIDE
Mandala cushions for each child’s seating.
Rainbow blankets for the Magical Journey story time at the end.
Sound Healing instruments to soothe and calm.
Fresh flowers for the blessing (if this is chosen).
Music playslist and Bluetooth Speaker.
All materials for the creative session.
On request: Textiles for special decoration.
PRICING
From £80 for one hour
2 hour parties from £110 (Except Special Edition U.V. Light party, see below).
Craft materials are usually at an extra cost, but not always, and this is dependent on which element is chosen - let’s discuss!

SPECIAL EDITION - U.V. NEON LIGHT MAGIC PARTY
Also known as; ‘Glow In The Dark’
I set up U.V. Lights in your home,
I bring U.V. Light toys and textiles,
I facilitate an art and craft activity with neon paints, textiles, beads etc, to explore and play with under the lights = lots of fun!
Other elements (as above) can also be interwoven.
2 hour party: £150
I arrive 2 hours before the start of the party to set up.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN MY SERVICE
Party food and drink.
Communication with parents - this is all done by you.
End of party clear up - I will clear away my own resources and any mess made by my activities only.
YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY
I am registered with the DBS Update Service.
I have a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate.

WHERE DO I TRAVEL TO?
I offer parties locally, near RH18.
I also travel anywhere.
More than 10 miles from RH18 will incur travel expenses or an agreed flat fee.
A flat fee applies for London and Brighton.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A 25% deposit is required 5 days before the party (eg, if party is on a Saturday, deposit is required by midday on the Monday).
Full refund if Rebecca cancels party at any point.
If client cancels party up to 7 days before, deposit is returned.
If client cancels party for any reason within 3 days of party day, deposit is not returned.
If client cancels party for any reason within 48 hours, full cost of party (minus cost for any craft activity items) is payable. This is due to potential loss of business by declining other work opportunities.
In certain circumstances a cancelled party can be rescheduled.
