Gate to the Golden Garden
Gate to the Golden Garden is a 20 minute spoken word guided magical journey, accompanied by a beautiful dawn chorus of birds, recorded live in the Ashdown Forest, UK. A child passes through a gate and enters a Golden Garden, meeting magical birds who want to share their wisdom.
This magical journey integrates; storytelling, guided mindful breathing and poetry, delivered slowly and softly to assist peaceful sleeping or daytime rest.
The final 10 minutes are just the pure sounds of the bird song, giving a full 20 minutes to reach a deep, peaceful sleep.
